Looking back at our honeymoon

This past weekend, we finally moved back to our new home! We’re 31 weeks today so that gives us just a bit of time to do up our home and nursery before the little one arrives.

Things have moved fast but as one of my husband’s favorite quotes by Helen Keller goes: “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing”.

I was looking through some of photos of our belated honeymoon to Perth and couldn’t help but place it on this beautiful blue sky. (I was tempted to write on it instead but both my wrists are currently injured…)

This was taken at Rottnest Island. We went at a time where all the flies were coming out in full force and for some reason, Dan’s face seemed to attract a ton of them. And so we walked around the island like crazy people with clothing wrapped around our faces:

Lunch was also provided as part of the tour package at this sweet little restaurant.

The rest of the days we rented a car and drove around to catch sunsets.

It was a quick few days but our time together exploring new places was really awesome. We didn’t get to do crazy things like skydiving and sea sports like we had originally planned for our honeymoon due to the pregnancy but it was special all the same.

It was our first holiday alone together and we’re looking forward to more in time to come!

Now back to setting up the home… The cot is coming tomorrow :)

Official photos from Nike reveal that not much has changed for this classic colorway, except for the fact that it now releases under the brand’s recent remastering overhaul of the retro line. In addition, Jordan is bringing back the original shoe box from the first release of the 12 to further add to the nostalgia. 2016 is certainly shaping up to be a renaissance year for the Air Jordan 12, with the iconic Flu Game colorway also coming back for Spring. After a number of setbacks and delays, the Air Jordan 12 French Blue is finally releasing at retailers this Saturday, April 2nd. Following up the iconoclast that was the Air Jordan 11 was a difficult feat, but Tinker Hatfield manages to bring a refined sensibility with the Air Jordan 12 by implementing premium leather, an asymmetrical mudguard inspired by Japan’s rising sun flag, and carbon fiber on the outsole. The heel read Quality Inspired By The Greatest Player Ever’ and showcased a mature outlook from the Jumpman that recently claimed brand independence in 1997.http://www.dragon-kicks.net
